simulation model to its input factors using Shapley values
(Shapley 1953) &lt;doi:10.1515/9781400881970-018&gt;, which for
binary factors coincide with the symmetric standardization of
Das Gupta (1993)
&lt;https://www2.census.gov/library/publications/1993/demographics/p23-186.pdf&gt;.
Any calibrated model can be decomposed by implementing four S3
methods that run the model, summarize its output, and construct
counterfactual inputs. Counterfactuals either remove a factor
entirely or hold it at its value in a baseline year, and a
sequential decomposition attributes each year's policy
conditional on the past.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/aucarter/actions/runs/41836095884</link><pubDate>Tue, 03 Nov 2026 17:25:50 GMT</pubDate><r:package>shapleydecomp</r:package><r:version>1.0.0</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://aucarter.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/aucarter/shapleydecomp</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>shapleydecomp.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>shapleydecomp.html</r:filename><r:title>Get started</r:title><r:created>2026-10-13 21:29:27</r:created><r:modified>2026-10-14 23:17:28</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>methods.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>methods.html</r:filename><r:title>Methods</r:title><r:created>2026-10-13 20:48:08</r:created><r:modified>2026-10-21 23:17:09</r:modified></r:article></item></channel></rss>
